It is the responsibility of attendees to obtain a valid visa prior to arrival. Please consult your local embassy for the specific documents needed, which may include:

1. A valid passport (with at least six months' validity from your date of arrival)

2. Conference invitation letter

3. Proof of registration and payment

4. Travel and accommodation details

Please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, nor the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. We cannot be responsible for actual visa issuance.

● Invitation Letter　

Purpose: 

The invitation letter of ECPDC committee serves as proof that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the conference 

committee. This letter is written in English and may support your visa application.However, receiving an invitation letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa.

-Issuance Process: 

Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment are completed. The invitation letter will be sent to you via e-mail.

-How to Request: When your registration and payment are confirmed, you may request an invitation letter through [registration system/email]. Please provide:

1. Your full name (as shown on your passport)

2. Passport number:

3. Affiliation and title:

4. Full address and contact details:

5. Paper title (if applicable):

Limitations: 

Should your visa application be denied, the Organizing Committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA),nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or embassy/consulate on behalf of the applicant. 

The invitation letter does not imply any financial support or guarantee for your accommodation or travel.

Travel Arrangements: Please do not make final travel plans or purchase non-refundable tickets until your visa application has been approved.
